The Coworker Solidarity Fund mobilizes financial support in partnership with workers of tech companies building collective power. We offer $2,500 individual stipends for workers across the tech labor supply chain who are participating in workplace activism and organizing.
Due to the overwhelming demand, applications for stipends are currently closed. If you missed our latest round, sign up for updates to receive alerts when applications open.
Because we’re a mutual aid fund, as soon as money comes in, it goes back out in the form of cash stipends. Help fund these $2,500 stipends by making a donation today, or invite someone you know to make a donation.
Only applications that meet the eligibility criteria will be accepted. Below you will find the details of this criteria for the Tech Workers Fund. All submissions follow the same application process.
Applications are accepted on a first-come first-served basis, and they are reviewed for eligibility to decide whether or not to recommend for funding. The Fund will consider an individual’s application as well as any information about the individual publicly available or previously known to members of the Fund. Unfortunately, not all applications that meet the criteria will be approved. This acceptance criteria was developed by the Tech Worker Committee in collaboration with the Fund’s board and staff:
In addition to the eligibility criteria above, the following considerations also help determine whether applications are approved or denied:
